Welcome! You can always get the little color matched plugs to fill the holes and ditch the cover.

I really like that color combination! I see you have the windscreen. Those things help a lot when it is cold and you want the top down. Makes it feel at least 5 or 10 degrees warmer in the car.

One bit of advice, which probably isn't necessary unless you are as lazy as I am (unlikely). My last car was very similar in color (almost the same blue with tan seats) and had the same kind of windscreen. No one ever used the back seat and I left the windscreen in all the time. I took it out to put something in the back seat after 8 or 9 months and the seat was filthy! It had never occurred to me that it would get that dirty from just dust. The dirt was really stuck to it and I was planning to spend at least a day cleaning it, but then I traded it in. I'm pretty bad about appearance care but am planning to take the windscreen out of the Camaro and clean the back seat at least monthly.

If you really dislike it, take it off right way and check out the paint on the front bumper. If it isn't scratched from having the license plate holder installed you should be able to get some plugs to fill the holes. Even if they were black or if you had to paint them yourself they would be small and not that noticeable. But if you're going to do it, do it as soon as you can to minimize discoloration or any marks on the front of the car from having it on.

I'm not really sure what they used to attach the license plate holder. There's four screws that hold it to the bumper. I'd just hate to take it off and have the holes or plugs look worse than the LP holder!
Guess I'll just take it off and see.
Local dealer didn't seem too optimistic about the plug option.

How do you like the wind breaker behind the front seats? Does it work well?

I like mine. I put one in my last car, a BMW 135, to cut down the air blowing from the back that would blow my wife's hair around into her face. She found it very effective for that, which meant less requests to put the top up. A side benefit is that it keeps you warmer on chilly days with the top down. When I saw that the same type screen, which appears to be made by the same company, was available for the Camaro I ordered one right away. It is just as effective as the one for the BMW.

We like the wind screen. It was mandatory(according to the missus). Definitely makes a difference as far as wind blowing her hair around while she's driving with the top down. We tend to just leave it in place.
It does help you more comfortable on those cool days with the top down.
They're not cheap, but we feel it was worth it.
