I sure hope the SW with IO interior comes with black carpet. Have you heard anything on that Myold88. I was looking at some CGM and IOM with IO interior and it sure looks grey to me.

Holy cow, you guys. All you folks ordering white......ugh....I'm going to be so jealous! I just saw these pix right now and am FLOORED. This just might become my 2nd favorite color! WOW does white look good!!!

My summit white Camaro has a TPW of 8/3- TOMORROW !!. I can't believe I may have a vin in a few days. I'll be keeping the Viz busy- LOL.
As far as carpet color goes I'll take anything. I put black in my antique Olds 88 and it shows every little piece of lint/dirt. My tan Impala carpet shows stains/scuffs. Can't win when it comes to carpet. Any color will look good especially with the rest of the car (white/orange) jumping out at you.

Ronin_SS: You made the right choice. I turned down a black SS with orange interior and stripes at my dealer (customer cancelled), but I wanted a "lighter" car. Also a ton of blacks out there. Summit white will definately be the brightest/coolest/most fun Camaro of all the colors. Most colors/interiors just seem to be too dark in my opinion.

Thank you. ya i had a hard time choosing the right color. I put the down on my 2ss on 7-03 I was sold on black but after seeing 3 of them here in town i started to loose interest. so I started to lean more twards cgm...but after seeing one in person it looked kinda dull to me, so i reverted to back to black...untill i saw the sw on here GM wasnt actually going to pick up my order till about the end of september (via dealer prediction) due to my place in line for allocations. however due to alot of people backing out because of their junker car does not qualify for their return I got bumped up almost 2 months ahead of schedule so i officially placed the order on friday 7-31

Hello to all the guys and gals that have ordered their WHITE camaro! 1 question for you all. IF i were looking at a white camaro, would I be able to get the Inferno orange interior package? The chevy web site is having issues and will only load to 59 percent so it wont load the info I am seeking. (the search on here doesnt always work!) Thanks Mike

Yes you can. Mine was ordered 6/11. 2SS/RS summit white with IO interior is now at 3400 TPW of today 8/3 !. Hopefully a vin this week.

I was speaking with a friend of mine this evening during some late night IT work. He asked me if I had bought a Camaro yet or not. I explained that I had ordered one at a dealership in the memphis area. Little did I know he has a good friend of his that owns a chevy dealership...friends, i swear. Anyway, he got on the phone and called his buddy. To my surprise the guy said he probably would not have ordered one for me anyway because he had ordered 6 Camaro's for customers and GM had only sent him 2 and cancelled the other 4 camaros. Has anyone heard of this practice by GM or what? He kind of has me worried about my order now. Anywho, does anyone have any idea what the turn around times are for the Camaro? Is it about 3 months out?
