stall converter
Wanting to put a stall in preparation for a cam downthe road. two questions, whats a good soze for a daily driver that I wont be getting to aggressive in cam wise? and do I need to retune after I get the stall?
current mods: injen cai, ported tb, ud pulley, x pipe, lt headers, cat delete,catch can |

3200 - 3600 range is what you want depending on your cam choice.
I run an FTI 3200 (bolt on mods) and believe me I don't want anything more aggressive for the street. It's ridiculous. Nail the gas and all hell breaks loose. |

Know what cam first, IMHO cam n TC go hand in hand IMHO.

Gearing will effect drive ability of the converter setup too. It's good to know an approx power number then spec a converter to match.

Yes.
Do both at the same time. Choose a cam that meets your needs in what you are looking for out of your car then match the TC to the cam.
