I have the SLP SS pad and emblems in the grill because it looks right and just damn cool to me, that and the bowtie was to large. I didn't ad the rear SS tho. Thats as retro as I like.

I can understand the idea behind doing it, but even though the 5th Gen is paying respects to the late 60s versions, they just dont mesh well when combined IMHO.

What you like about your car is what matters.

The retro front end conversions stick out too far forward imo.

I do not like any of the retro stuff on this car. Leave it on the 1st gen.

I think he retro kits would look a whole lot better if they had pushed in the center instead of bringing out the sides to make the nose flatter. The one with headlight covers looks "ok" then the mailslot look out of place with it too.

IMO these early flags look so lame on a new Camaro. If you grew up in the mid 60's you will remember these emblems were on the full sized Chev Bel-Air and Biscayne station wagons. LOL.
No thanks !

I like little hints of stuff from the 67-69 car. They are the cars that started it all.

The Firebreather is amazing...
Not a huge fan of the two above however.

I think it can work if they actually take the time to redo the entire body panels.. not just change the front and call it a day.

I have the 67 flags since I had one. After all isn't this a retro design anyway ?
To each there own! All these cars are fantastic in thier own way !
Thank You Fbodfather for making this design happen.

While I don't like the full retro front ends, like what Tom posted, I do think some retro touches look good on the car, and pay homage to what came before. I have the fender v-flags pictured earlier that I will be putting on under the CAMARO badge on the fendes. I will probably also install the Defenderworx chrome gill inserts at some point, if you consider those retro. Pics:
