Well Found out today that the tranny will be going back in Wednesday. They decided to put a new torque converter in as well just to be sure and it will arrive either late Tuesday or early Wednesday. They changed every consumable interior part on the tranny.....Seemed like it would have been easier just to swap it out but at least they are taking care of it.

So once it goes back in they will do another drivability test to make sure everything is ok.

They are finishing up the interior now plus a few minor things and basically besides clean up it should be just about done if nothing else breaks. *Fingers Crossed*

No but they said that "If" anything caused some shavings like the clutches or something that it "Could" have contaminated the fluid....So to be on the safe side they were changing it since they do not have a converter flush system. I think it was a better safe than sorry thought.

Well the mechanical issues have been resolved "supposedly" and the transmission is NOW in and working properly according to the shop. It has been tested and all are working properly.

They are now in the final stage of assembling the final few items, doing touch up and final clean-up so hopefully real soon.

The saga continues with new developements coming very soon....hopefully with the help of some this should be resolved tomorrow afternoon just waiting to see how this is gonna play out.....

Will definitely know A LOT more tomorrow afternoon...really don't want to say anything right now but things are in the works........

Dude this aint even funny at this point. I contacted the District Attorney's office today and we will see what happens....hopefully I can get my truck tomorrow finished or not. Currently he is holding it for ransom.
