Rimlox guarantees that if your rims get stolen with rim lox installed, they will replace your wheels and tires free

If you have the correct lug key, it doesn't take any longer to remove these lugs than normal lugs. They even work with an air impact. This "System" is my favorite lug kit on the market.

While no wheel lock guarantees your wheels don't get ripped, it does deter most of the thieves out there that are looking to make a quick theft. Ordinary lugs, those guys jump out of a truck and will have all 4 wheels off in less than a minute. I've seen videos, it is a well choreographed thing with 4 guys and a driver. With wheel locks on 20 lugs, it would take them hours and a lot of hammering noise to get them off. They won't be interested, and will move on to find an easier victim.

Nice photos, Chase! LOL.

Tony
Thanks!

I assume they would. The gorilla locks work fine on my CF5v's. I think all the Forgestar stuff works with the cone-seat style lugs.

I have a set of gorilla lock nuts they're great. It gives me more confidence knowing that all 20 lugs are lock nuts rather than just 1 per wheel. It is certainly more time consuming to put the wheels on and off if you need to service your car but it is worth the hassle.

how many different patterns does gorilla make? Would think the easiest way to defeat is to collect key patterns.

What about the damage the thieves leave behind? Most don't care if they are jacking it up correctly or they properly support the car when they leave it.
I have had one wheel stolen since 1969, and that was on a 71 Vega. And it was an standard steel wheel.... Not even the GT wheel.
And that happened in Louisville..........

Gorilla doesn't release that information. There are only 2 ways to get the "key".

1) Buy a set of wheel locks and get the included key.
2) Use the unique code included in the box to order a replacement for only that set of wheel locks directly from Gorilla.

You can't just call up Gorilla and order a set.

I have some black gorilla lug nuts. They look good and I feel more confident about leaving my car somewhere I parked.

There was an apartment complex over near me in town and they went in a stole all the wheels off of every one particular model Chevy in the parking lots. Don't remember which model it was but it had just came out and evidently had some cool factory wheels. They must have gotten wheels off of like 8 cars.
