I just bought a 2011 Equinox and it states 140 in the owners manual. I also just put aftermarket wheels on my SS and since I wasn't sure, had the shop torque to 120. i have since re-torqued them to 140. I think the most important thing is to tighten all the lugs evenly.

Those 4-ways are highly calibrated, depending on the operator. HAHA!
I suggest using a 4-way only for roadside repairs, or for removing lugs from trailer wheels. Other than that, I avoid them.
