Thanks for the email. We are able to retro fit the 2013 MyLink/Nav technology into the 2010-2012 and parts are available. System is not cheap due to all the parts that are involved...runs $1849.00 plus shipping. However, when you consider everything that you will be gaining the price really is not that bad. You will be getting the MyLink technology which gives you the Pandora and Stitch apps, the phone interface that downloads your phonebook to the system...gives you a onscreen dial pad and displays all your missed, dialed and received calls. You will also be gaining wireless Bluetooth streaming audio and voice recognition features that allow you to verbally change sources, play tracks ect. On the navigation side you will also pick up the voice recognition features to speak to the navigation and the turn by turn guidance will be place on the vehicle speaker system while it fades the music back...total factory integration! Compare that to the cost of an aftermarket dash kit that doesn't look all that great, a decent deck that gives you similar features and all the interfaces that are required to integrate the radio and retain your factory features...not to mention not having to buy a separate XM tuner to keep XM..the cost really is not all that bad considering your getting OEM equipment.
As far as the install goes there will be some wiring involved....as you are adding circuits that are not there currently. We are currently in the process of getting the install documented and a video put together and will realistically be a couple weeks away before that is ready. So if this is something you're looking to get done, we can definitely help, but it will be best to wait until we have everything documented so things go smoothly. I will be happy to go over more of what's involved and answer any additional questions you may have, feel free to give me a call at the number below and we can discuss it further.

I am going to wait things out. Also I have more TRUST in what Ofer does then in what others do, this includes dealerships. All of the Mods that Ofer has helped me do with my car have come out perfectly. At least one that the dealership tried to do, they broke the part and will not replace it because they claim that it was a defective part, and I was still required to pay for their failed attempt.

Got same email.. just going to wait for proof from someone it works LoL..
but at this point probably cheaper to just buy new car.. u get value of everything in the new car.. considering this stuff going to cost like $2,500 or more with labor.. and I still want the black rims and the cool interior stuff..
so confused..

Keep in mind that I have a 13 w/Mylink just no navigation and this is the email I received:

"Greg

Thanks for the email. We are able to add navigation to the 2013's and parts are available. System is not the cheapest due to the parts that are involved...runs $1799.00 plus shipping on the 2013 models, unless you don't care about getting a Hard button on the radio control bezel/screen...then we can save you $500.00. On the navigation side you will pick up the voice recognition features to speak to the navigation and the turn by turn guidance will be place on the vehicle speaker system while it fades the music back...total factory integration!

As far as the install goes...on the 2013 models that already have the MyLink in place, it is not that bad at all...pretty straight forward. We are currently in the process of getting the install documented and a video put together and will realistically be a couple weeks away before that is ready. So if this is something you're looking to get done, we can definitely help, but it will be best to wait until we have everything documented so things go smoothly. I am in a different situation with my Camaro. First off it is a Pre-Order, Vin 7757, it is also signed by the GM Camaro Team, ii has the LTT motor which I prefer over the LFX motor (I can add Shortie Headers (which I have, just need to find a good place to install them. They are DT Shorties). My Camaro is Red Jewel Tint, which is a color no longer offered. I have other reasons that I will not mention, except that I would sale my 1987 Camaro RS (California Special) before my 2010.

Yes you can do that, or get a harness we make that will let you see it in the mirror and the mylink.

Thanks Walt, and the parts are not as bad as we think.

All you need is the head unit, face plate, splitter, antenna, and last programing.

all 2010-12 need the phone box there not the same, 2013 mylink cars use the same phone box, not LS cars.

here is the first of 4 harness we are making, to make the Mylink work.

So even with a pre-programmed head unit we are still going to have to remove the dash for the install? is this correct?

No you will need to remove at most the glove box and the cover over the Onstar box, and the center console, for rerouting all the USB cables, then last is the radio and AC controls.

Hey if hey got it working that is good news!! I will still buy from Ofer when he gets it finished just because I trust him, honestly 1800 for the whole kit would not be bad.

Actually this price they quoted me was a little bit more:

"System is not cheap due to all the parts that are involved...runs $1849.00 plus shipping."

Again as I said before, I TRUST Ofer more then some company that I have never done business with in CO.
