Better sound?

I have the 2LT and I have installed Flowmasters Exhaust on it, but it still doesnt have the sound that I'm looking for. I realize its a V6 and wont have the sound of a V8 but i'm sure there is something out there to make it sound meaner and rumble. Please advise guys

Hmm I thought those sounded great from what I can find. Most are too raspy.

If you change out and want to sell yours, let me know. I might be interested.

That goes for anyone around the Houston area too.

The guy at the exhaust place suggested even having the small resonators cut out. I wasn't sure if that was a good idea so I decided against it.

Hmmmm I was just about to order the Flowmaster AT for my V6. Sounded great online but haven't heard it in person. Wouldn't cutting the resonators out cause a rasp? What effect would headers have (I don't even know what those are or what they do, sorry)?!

headers and intake would make it sound better. i dont reccommend cutting out the resonators. imagine farting into a trash can. very raspy, and just.. not good.

NO, the Rev limiter is not set to 118MPH... and YES, driving in this manner does affect MPG...
