Actually sounds ligit. They have 44 out on spastic Squirrel. Notice they say 65 are available. Doesn't mean they have them. They don't say what they are available for. They have some unspecified number for immediate delivery. Gotta read those closely.
They do have a lot though.

It has to be fair. Its the law. I'm absolutely positive they have no more than they are supposed to have. Based on how big they are, what their sales are and how many registered Mustangs in your area I believe. Whats not fair is dealers not explaining how the allocation works when they know they don't have enough and keep you strung along.

Heres my advice for what its worth. Go look on http://camaro.spasticsquirrel.com/ Find a good reputable dealer that has a high count. It will give you an idea of their allocation. Get your deposit back from your dealer and order from somebody who has an allocation available. Call around. Fly somewhere and drive it home if you have to. You can have it shipped to another dealer for a fee if they agree. If your dealer is getting 4 allocations a month or something you'll be able to order a convertible by the time they get to you. Go look at how many they got vin's for so far and you can guess how long it will take if you stick with them.

Just don't pay over MSRP!

I can't stand this type of BS. I wouldn't go near that place. 65 available, now in stock.
If I went there right now I would expect to see 65 Camaros on the lot. This is apparently not the case. Selling a lot of vehicles doesn't mean anything. We have a huge dealer in the Indy area that sells tons of Chevy's. They also have some of the worst customer service scores around. They are known for poor service, but they sell new cars at very low prices. Price still is the bottom line. People can go elsewhere for service, and they do.

I'll bump this thread for a little info............

I talked to their main web-sales guy last Saturday. He brought a new 2SS Vic Red to a local car show. They have sold over 150 new Camaros as of last Saturday (he didn't have the exact count). Most of the cars you see on their lot are already sold. They weren't ordered beforehand, but people stop in to see what is coming in the next few days and purchase them just before the dealer gets them. They have also sold 7 (yes SEVEN) ZR1 Corvettes. Mainly online on ebay. They don't sit long at all. They sell at MSRP or you can call and ask to take the car off of ebay for some bucks and they will do that as well. GM takes care of this dealership, and they can basically get any color combo option combo you want. They had a new white Camaro with orange interior and orange stripes but I doubt it is still around.

A few months ago I drove by and saw 12 or 13 Camaros there. About 1 week later there were only 4, and 3 of those 4 still had the white plastic covering the corners as though they just took them off of the trailer. This dealership is moving a lot of cars!
