It's pretty stock compared to others cars in your asking price range. Everyone is not making this up to trick you. You should price your car around 26k OBO.

Problem with mods is that people who don't have the cash have to get a bank loan. Banks don't give a crap about mods. They base the value by a blue book value. You are always better off demodding and selling the parts. I learned this on the last two Harleys I traded in. I wanted a new bike right away and wasnt getting offers. If you aren't in a hurry you might find that one buyer, but sounds you want to buy a house soon.

Its a shame but nobody cares about mods! In a sell they may be worth 15-20% of what you paid less installation. I'm always prepared to run a car to the wheels fall off or take a loss when it comes to modding a car. I'm not big on demodding so it is what it is. Our mods only mean something to us when it comes to worth of a car.

Any chance you can put the car back to stock and then sell your mods seperate. Odds are you'd have better luck and a quicker sale as with a modded car, you are waiting on that special 1 buyer who likes what you've done. Just a thought
