2010 Stealth Camaro SS

Hey Camaro5 Members,

My name is Mike and I am 24 years old and live in South Jersey. This build thread has been long overdue (approximately 2 years) and i am just recently getting around to setting it up since the first phase in my build is only a couple weeks away from completion. Phase 1 of my build is a complete appearance change both internally and externally; while Phase 2 will be all performance in the form of a custom turbo or twin turbo build. All work on my car, styling, custom fabrication, performance, graphics, etc. has been done by my buddies Evan and Chase Dunn over at their brand new shop Dunn-Fab Motorsports in South Jersey.

My car is a 2010 Black Camaro SS1 without the RS package. Initially when i was searching for a Camaro my only request was that it have the 6.2L engine. So back in March of 2012 i found my baby pre-owned at a local Ford dealership with only 4,200 miles on it. Test drove her and purchased her same day as i got a great deal on the car of my dreams!! Some of the standard features on the car were 4 gauge cluster, remote start, boston acoustic sound system, and gmpp axle back exhaust. At the time i thought it was just perfect but as soon as i became a member of CAMARO5 and saw everyone's gorgeous machines i realized just how pedestrian my car was and the modding began.

Some of my so called "cost-effective" modifications were as follows but not in any particular order: 5% rear windows tint, 35% front windows tint, K&N CAI, diablosport intune, aqua interior stitching, rear blackout panel, and all markers, corner lenses, and tail lights tinted. However, once i purchased my first set of aftermarket wheels and had Evan and Chase mount them they quickly began helping me realize just how amazing this car could be with the right amount of planning, money, and effort. We began planning Phase 1 with a general theme and concept along with a preliminary budget. The overall goal for both phases is to clean up the car's styling and improve overall performance while having a stealthy appearance.

Below is a list of parts for both Phases along some pictures of my car before Phase 1 and with some current teaser photos of the progression (All work and custom fabrication done by Dunn Fab Motorsports in South Jersey).

I'm ready to see the finished pics. What did you do with your old wheels and tires?

@Behic2320 - Actually once it is dipped it will be super easy to keep clean... I can just power wash it down and its good as new

@steakmaker - I have not sold the original SS front fascia yet (haven't even posted it for sale yet) but i am interested in selling it. I also have a rideskinz aggressor front fascia with grilles and LED fogs that i will be looking to sell also.

Dip is done... Now the re-assembly begins

Here is a teaser shot of the dip, looks amazing and came out looking like vinyl!

Couldn't figure out how to rotate the picture from my IPhone so I apologize in advance.
