BiG Top GT screwed me over- beware
I'm still waiting to hear back from Alan too. Promised me last week I would hear from him on TUESDAY when he got back. Still no word from him and I am pretty sure it's not Tuesday anymore. I'm sure when I do hear from him I'll get another excuse of why he couldn't call or email or text when he promised. Same as it's been for 10 months.
Sadly, this is typical and Alan only responds when he is contacted by the customer instead of being proactive and actually providing customer service. |

It's past the 20th and still nothing. Really how hard is it to send money on Pay Pal. Still waiting!!!!!

Just wanted to give some good news to this thread. I heard from Alan today and he processed my refund through paypal for my order made in February. I had my own issues and it was frustrating but Alan did as he said he would and did refund me in full. Everyone stay positive.

Congrats sir on your refund. I have spoken to Alan and he has promised me my refund very soon. So I am hoping to get it by Monday and we can then move forward. In the end this may have just been a big misunderstanding. We update tomm (Monday).

For those who were asking, no refund yet but Alan sent me a text saying he tried but had trouble sending the refund. Hopefully Alan will complete the refund tomm (Thursday 8/29)

Ok, got great news. A few days ago Alan refunded my money. As far as I am concerned this is a done issue. I will get my stuff hydro-dipped going forward, its so much easier. Thanks for the support C5!

Alan selling again
Ok, I am torn. I got my money back from this company even though I still lost money and never got what was promised. I was told I was getting my money back and my product. I guess I should be happy right, but I am not esp. after seeing that Alan is back selling products again.
I was going to post a comment on Alan post just to make sure I let members know to be careful when buying from him but I did not want it to overkill the whole situation. Maybe Alan has improved his company, which would be a great thing. So if other members read this site then I guess I have done my part as a fellow member. |

I apologized, refunded your money, and didn't ask you to return the door sills I sent you, plus I expanded the staff, but I completely understand your frustration. I, too, have been let down by a business in my life, so I'd never try to minimize or take away from you the hurt you're obviously still experiencing.
I'm sincerely sorry and ashamed by how things didn't work out between us and I'd do anything if I could go back and get it right the first time. All I can do is work harder and harder every day to make sure we don't allow anyone to suffer the aggravation that you did, Randy. Again, my most sincere apologies. I know it can't make up for the trouble, but I'm going to send you a carbon fiber traction control button and power port cover on the house. Thanks, Alan |

If you are truly sorry then be a man of your own words, the words that you posted yourself. This was based on the conversation we had on several occasion, you promised that you would send me my money and my parts, I have listed below what you said in your own words on 08-13-2013 07:14 AM., Again I am also a business man, but I stand by my word. If you are truly sorry then stand by your words and send me the parts promised!!!!!
Now, after we've spoken and I've agreed to return your money, INCLUDING the $75 you said it cost to clean up your original engine covers, what you have conveniently left out is that I offered to send you the parts anyway, at no charge, you're telling people I screwed you over?
