So what's the fastest RPM you can spin an Edelbrock vs pully size/dampener OD%, boost #s....... or the most anyone has done?

I honestly don't know the answer to this , but am very curious myself. If you figure it out somewhere, please share! Would love to have that info.

Thanks,

Generally speaking...

for a stock SS Camaro w/ the L99 with the 1597 kit, what does the rwhp jump up to?

has anyone done a dyno with the stock motor with the kit as their first and only upgrade?

I keep reading the 'good for 599 rwhp' but is the 599rwhp only if you have other mods, or is that really right out of the box, bolted on to a stock camaro, stock exahust, stock cats etc.. etc.. BONE STOCK basically.

Any responses to answer this question exactly would be appreciated.

Thanks,

RM

It's 599 hp at the crank, not rwhp.

With the right tune, the Edelbrock E-Force is good for taking a bone Stock Camaro to 599hp and 547 lb/ft of torque, and those numbers have been replicated multiple times. That being said, it's not a guarantee that every car will get that much power bone stock as each engine reacts differently and the tune itself can change numbers, just an acknowledgement that that is the upper capability of the system. Regardless of whether or not you get to exactly 599/547, you'll get a huge boost in performance, with enhanced potential moving forward as well.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,
Matt

That is not rwhp it is 599 at the crank. They never list HP as RWHP.

Thanks for the clarity. Answered my question as far as the 599 (ish) being advertised towards a stock motor.
