I think you will need the headers to get there N/A. Plus the sound they give the car is night/day difference. You can get there tho! But IMO you will need the headers. ARH/ Stainless Works offer a great product line, Again, IMO. Is your car LS3/L99?

CAI, cam, longtubes, tune. Im on factory axleback as well. 502/487. I do have a Fast 102, but that was because I was planning on doing boost and went a different route. Plus, lets be honest. It looks badass.

Agree with Ted on this one. Stock displacement I don't see it making 500 rwhp without headers on it....the factory manifolds are far to restrictive to do it without forced induction. Possibly if you had them extrude honed, but even then way to much money in manifolds not to do headers.
