2010 RS Engine shutter/Smell of Fuel at start

First let me give an account of the last day I drove the car. (It might help)

Fri/Sat it was raining slight more than normal, but nothing to worry about. I drove home and simply parked it like always. *Did not drive it aggressively.

Left the car there til Mon. Had two monstrous storms roll by that dropped enough rain to cause flash floods around my area. After storms past I got into the car to head off to school. *The car was not touched during the storms.

When starting the engine, the engine acted like it was struggling to keep the RPM's up. This puzzled me, so I opened the hood and it sounded like it was coming from around the intake. Right when I started to look closer, the sound stopped, and the engine went back to normal, as if nothing happened. Before I shut the hood, I noticed a strong scent of fuel (I use E85).

This is my problem in a nut shell, any advice that would result in a fix here over the dealership would be much appreciated.

*I can try to post a video of the sound if needed.

Things I checked.
Looked in the intake for any signs of water, Clear
Looked at the seal from the intake to the TB, Clear.

Things I am going to try while I wait for replies.
Re install Tune with no ghost cam.
Examine exhaust pipes for broken seals.

MODS:
E85
Trifecta with aggressive ghost cam
BBK LT Headers
Ark Cat Back
RX Catch Can
Vararam Intake
