I'll have pics in a few weeks, hopefully. Just got the headers put on yesterday, and the dent repair guy has to come out. Looked like the mechanics were admiring the headers too much, dents all over the tops of the fenders. Painting grills, light housings, and just under the grill area black. Everything else will be CGM. Sorry this is the only pic I've got showing off some LED lights that I was going to use with a redesigned bumper, but went another route. Sorry can't show the top of the hood, the public isn't ready for this hood quite yet.

Are those stripes painted? They compliment the car nicely

Yup by Eric over at MPD. I originally wanted silver, but after some convincing on his part I ended up with these and couldn't be happier. I saw a CGM with silver stripes about a month after I got these I didn't care for them at all.

What is the true cost of the parts to do the conversion?

Getting my car fixed, hit by 18 wheeler tire tread on the highway yesterday...

I'm thinking it's $1500 parts only...

For the parts its under $1,000. Although you need to have the lines fixed on the bumper so they match up with the hood. Looks like Chevy 3 didn't do that. Not the best picture but the only one I have with the hood open. You can kinda see what I'm talking about. Can see where its been fixed, primed, then reprimed. I'm still not allowed to post pics of the hood.

Not every one is fixing the hood edge. I'm still thinking about getting the hood in a year or so. The parts are like he said around 1000 or so and then paint. I did notice the carbonfiber hood looks like its not sitting well in some pics. But it dose fit realy good.

Not for nothing but why can't you post pics of your hood?
