Wouldn't it be more logical to buy a $30,000 SUV instead of a $65,000 SUV and start a College fund with the other $35,000?

wolverine, do what you want bro, most of these guys on here are gonna tell you to keep the camaro, because they have no life a outside of there camaro. the SUV your getting is cool man good luck. if i did have to say something, you might wanna check out the GC SRT8. but the cayenne s turbo goes 0-60 in 4.3 lol so it will be faster than a stock camaro if dont wanna lose the power of the camaro.

The base Cayenne can be had for around $65k but you won't find an S for less than $80k! I have two boys, 7 and 9 years old and their college 529 accounts are quite healthy.

Just because someone buys a 65k car doesn't mean they have not planned ahead or saves money. |

The $65k price for the S is the starting price. Then the buyer must pick from the options menu. Porsche doesn't just have one or two trim packages. It's like an a la carte menu. The S goes out the door for $80k to $90+k. The turbo package runs up to $120+k.

You mean they force you to buy options? Never heard of not being able to by a car without any options.

We are in full family mode and we just bought a Camaro. That car will be the last to go...it fits our two kids just fine and we have a Durango for the family car.

I just got what I call my "First Car" at the age of 40.. Up till now all the cars I have owned have been family cars. That's just how it goes sometimes.
