Quinn at Unique. They are working out of Bill Luke, 23rd and Camelback, under the parking garage. My was as bad. No windshield damage, Lots of hail dents, waited a month to get it in to him. Car is back and perfect. No paint or bondo... A couple of years ago Unique repaired my GT, 1070 dents, absolutely perfect....DD

For those that didn't see the Hailstorm i got a video of some of it.
This was taken by my friend that works at Daves' Auto in phoenix. It was hailing so hard he ran to hide under an I-beam beacuse he thought the roof was going to come down... This is from a Cell phone camera so it's really grainy. http://s114.photobucket.com/albums/n...=hailstorm.mp4

53 days and still waiting. Van Chevy Collision..........DO NOT GO THERE. Very slow, very poor communication..... The work looks good so far but we will see. I will post pics when I get it.

Well, I am only at 48 days, and it is killing me. The left rear quarter panel came in damaged and was not inspected so waiting for the next one to arrive. Did they give you a rental car past 30 days?

No. rental for only 30 days. I really didn't need it though. I did vist her Saturday and they had just finished buffing out the new paint. It looked amazing! Much better than the factory paint. They just need to put it all back together. I should get this week.

Nope. Don't have it yet. These idiots at VAN CHEVROLET are having problems painting the stripes on. I had vinyl before and wanted the same bumble bee pattern painted on. They said no problem..................WRONG!!!! First they painted the pattern undersized and misaligned when they still had my old hood and trunk to go off of. MORONS!!!! Then they redid it, got the pattern right but the first round of stripes were bleeding up....???? New trunk and hood put on yesterday and was told car would be done next week. I've heard that 10 different times now. This is costing them a bundle on hoods, trunks, paint, labor and my rental. I will be contacting BBB, Arizona Consumers Affairs, Chevrolet Costumer Complaints and maybe the media.
Anybody have any suggestions on what else I might be able to do? Spread the word....VAN CHEVROLET SCOTTSDALE collision is NOT a place to take your car! |
