Well....got on here to take one final peek before heading to bed...ended up making a purchase...woops. I guess this is my "welcome back to school" present.

Edit: Well, I was beat to the punch on these at the last minute (He was offering them at a discount cause they were left over from the fest). I paid Lupe the minute he sent the invoice.

He messaged me and said someone paid for them just before I did, but that he would paint up a fresh set for me and honor the price. What a great guy for doing that. (I also kinda lucked out cause I asked him if he minded painting the black parts flat black instead of gloss and he said no problem)

He just earned massive points in my book, he didn't have to honor the price like that. I got beat fair and square.

I doubt you'll be able to pass on your mod expenses to the next owner, unless you've done exactly what he would've done. It's not like upgrading your kitchen. In fact, I daresay, you'll take a hit for all those mods. Best of luck though.

Not sure what you're referring to with unless i do what he did...? Nada values my car with options and mileage @ 28k. I have well over 2000 in mods. I think the price is fair. Plus offers would be considered.

Blake, I believe he was thinking your car was not worth the 28k of blue book! And was thinking you were trying to sell it ro regain your expenses on the mods! Basically saying if someone wanted the same mods you have, that they would consider taking the hit for the mods also!
