OK, so instead of getting off and on at exit 42 we either meet Vince, Kelly, and any Rochester peeps at the Port Byron Travel Plaza that is 17 miles east of exit 42, or everyone can just meet at the Dewitt Travel Plaza that is 3 miles east of exit 36 (48 miles from exit 42).

Buffalo peeps: Now leaving the Pembroke Travel Plaza at 6:45 AM.

I made pdfs of the forms if anyone wants to click and save for filling out later. Looks like we're supposed to scan the filled out forms to e-mail them. Guess I get to try out the scan feature on my new printer.
