Hopefully this week. Our track opens this Friday, so I am hoping to get my pulley and injector upgrade done this week too. Would love to take advantage of this cool weather with new mods and tires to set some new personal bests. Really looking to get the car dialed in by Camaro5Fest.

I updated the first post with some new mods that I completed this week, but here is a breakdown-

Stainless Power headers w/ HF cats
VMax Ported LSA TB
ID850 injectors
9.17 (18%) crank pulley
updated Jannetty Racing tune
305/35/20 MT ET Street II's mounted on 20x11 Factory Reproduction ZL1 replica wheels

Our local track- Gateway Motorsports Park - opens tonight for the first Midnight Madness of the season and I cannot wait to see what kind of times I can put down! The weather should be perfect in the 60's! I got my new MT ET Street 2's mounted yesterday and the GoPro all charged up, so c'mon quitting time! I am hoping to run some low 11's!

So, I ended up with 3 runs at the strip Friday night. Ended up with a new PB of 11.52 at 121.96. While I haven't gotten my times where I want them, my trap speed has gone up by 4 mph. Now I just need to figure out my launches and get my 60' times down to around 1.5 and I'll see the ET's I want. Still had a fun night. I'll post up some video as soon as I can!

I added a few new mods over the weekend, so I thought I would post up some updates. The mod I am most excited about are the addition of my RGB COB DRL halos! I have yet to see true COB rings in RGB anywhere, and I have even had some lighting vendors ask where I got them. Since these are brand new to the market, I wanted to show a video of these rings in action. I connected them into my NightOwl system and they work perfectly! They install like the other LEd halo rings out there, but I used a diffuser from SuperBrightLEDs to get the diffused look like the factory halos. When they are off you can't even tell they are there, and when they are on they match the factory halos perfectly.

I had been on the hunt for a smooth RGB light source (no individual SMD LED dots for me) for the DRL's and I finally found it!

First, here's a video of the random color cycle to show they are full RGB.

These next two are just quick videos I shot while playing around with some different programs.

I also installed new RGB footwell lighting and tied into another NightOwl SL module. I don't have any pics or video of that yet, mainly because I was more excited about the exterior changes!

Sorry for the poor quality video. YouTube lowered my resolution so I may try to reupload these in HD.
