I have a thread up regarding this dealership that "Can't seem to find any issues" with my steering problem that is blatantly there. Will it come down to lemon law?

This is the dealership I started taking my Camaro to after the experience I got from Good Chev. So far, I've only had the chance to deal with the service department, but I've been well taken care of there and they do excellent customer service.

Sunset Chevrolet -
No personal experience there, but just about everyone I've known that had purchased their vehicle there, raves about their customer service in both sales and service, before and after the sale.. Often resulting in that customer purchasing other vehicles from them.

Something is amiss. The dealerships and stealerships are reversed in Arizona. I rated them, and they are backwards.

I don't know how to rate Bergey's Chevrolet in PA for this, but they told me that the ONLY tires available for my 2LT RS are the P Zeros they came with.

I asked them about all-season replacements, just out of curiosity. I wasn't really planning to buy from them, because I thought it would be too expensive. I did not expect them to not have an alternative. They wouldn't even acknowledge that they were 'summer tires.'

Weird.

Otherwise, they were fine. They fixed a squeak in my windshield that started happening when it got cold. They've changed my oil successfully.

Fixed it, sorry about that. Can you explain why each one is a Dealership/Stealership?

So Dealership? Or should I put them as neutral?

Stealership= Spradley Chevrolet in Pueblo Colorado ( Very overpriced in products and services. Knowledge as far as service department and services, very poor. Couldn't find the problem in 3 tries of the fix. Customer service is slow and very unattentive. Threw parts at car in attempt to fix the problem and still didn't fix it. Parts were ordered and forgotten to call me when they were in. Parts were sent back and had to be re-ordered. Paint issue was not going to be taken care of until I had to prove it was a manufacture problem.)

Outstanding sales staff from sales guy to General manager, very knowledgeable, takes care of you from start to finish & long after purchase, I have bought 10 cars there since 1999. Service staff even better, great communicators, friendly, department very clean, staff knowledgeable. They go out of their way to assist me, many times they throw in free labor, i.e.- my 2011 3500 Silverado doolie diesel requires exhaust fluid, I will stop without an appointment & they fill it for just cost of fluid. Free car washes anytime I want.

Fixed a door ding for free that required body work. Gave me a very nice car as a loaner while i was waiting and gave me 3 free oil changes. Heard from others that they do a good job too. I just moved here and was very happy with the service.

Stealership- Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary, NC. I took my 2010 Camaro in after my suspension upgrades for a full alignment. No phone call to tell me the price, when I picked it up the bill was three hundred dollars!

Good to deal with and no issues about mt GM Family discount. They also did me right about NOT taking my lease as trade-in (it was better to just pay the last three payments and "ground" it). It's a longer story, but trust me, they were right.

Also, there was no "write down a number and I'll come back." I felt the whole thing was very transparent. I was standing right next to the manager looking at the interest rates and payments and such on his screen. I felt the whole thing was very transparent. I have purchased over 15 new cars and this was definitely a top 5 experience.
Also, the service has been excellent. I got there for an appointment, and they had a loaner ready for me. They got finished with the car early, and when I came back the "check out" process was zero-wait. Loved it.

Good Dealership - Michigan

Just took my 2012 SS 45th to my dealer for an oil change and first inspection. I was very pleased with the service and there was a roped off area for customers to stand and watch the service performed. You know, watch the mobil one containers get opened and dumped in. Means a lot to me if I'm paying mobil one prices.

Mark Chevrolet Wayne, MI. Good people.
