You may want to remove your hood wrap as well. And get a stronger one placed on. They fade quick from GM!

My father is a trusted source with engineering news. He's a senior design engineer for the larger SUVs but he has the connections all over. He told me they had a big issue on the full hood wraps. When I got my hashes done by a performance company- they said people have been coming to them to replace their 1LE hood wraps with better vinyl.

Or...if it was mine- wait til it fades just a tad then replace it. Good part is...your hoods paint underneath will always be perfect in any bad scenario of removing the vinyl.
