Convertible looks GREAT!
For people who are vert guys, im sure they'll appreciate all the work GM has put into the convertible. The third brake light is actually nice and doesnt kill the car, the attenna is atleast painted but is in the only spot you could really put it on anyways. This is located on the lid just like the stang vert and im assuming some other verts.
All in all... car looks Great. I would need a matte silver or what is on the NM camaro windhsield surround, iom with cgm stripes and some IO interior baby!
Now, did you guys see the line of the windshield, looks great from a side profile.
Anyone else notice the red SS seems to be sitting high, like v6 high? Or is it just me thinking it does?
Oh and i cant wait for someone to get one down here so we can go out for a cruise in -15 weather

LA Auto show 19th Nov, Musting area VS Camaro vert

the vert from below, rear glass and trunk which is almost half the coupe.

I noticed the Mustang group is much more professional than the Camaro, for many reasons. You can see the new Mustang running on live dyno while the Camaro convertible you "cant touch it " like a boring dead sport car with igniter off. “ no test drive for the vert btw.
Maybe its just the 1st day of the show!! Who knows?

It's got very little to do with professionalism. The car is not a production model, most likely. Just in case some little nuance is off, they don't want customers or media-types to have direct contact. Nothing unusual there.

Nice photos of the undercarriage bracing.

Agree with you but it should be closer to the people who will buy it one day. Also being just 5 steps away from BMW is not a good idea comparing the interior "quality" is 100 times better as you know "talking about 330i hardtop not the more luxurious" . I am aware of that what you get is what you pay.

I would like to read others experience in few days, they might clarify it more.
Again Camaro interior quality is much more better than 2012 Musting IMO.

Video of top extending/retracting would be cool.

Cover on CGM hot wheel looked better than the RJ one on the platform!

Ditch the damn shark fin. Put it in the mirror like 2SSRS!!

Quality? Maybe. Excitement? Uniqueness? No comparison. I should hope that buyers are well aware of the price points they're comparing, but one of the two still draws your eye more than the other.

Still...the real line drawn between the BMW and Camaro is the engineering excellence that went into the convertible's structure: To come out just as stiff as a coupe without all that extra "easy" support of the A, B, and C pillars? WOW!
