2SS RS vs 2LT RS Side by Side Comparison Pictures - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Finally got around to putting together some side by side shots of my Wife's and my Camaros.

2LT RS has Midnight Silver Wheels

2SS RS has Polished Aluminum Wheels

As you can see, not a huge difference in the Midnight Silver and Polished. Overall the V6 much more sleek front end. No doubt there is a power difference with the V8 but the V6 seems to handle better and a bit more nimble around the curves. Both are great in their own right.

As much as I hated to get two of the same color....I feel sure my wife will move her Camaro within a year or two and I will keep mine, so I felt I better go with my favorite color(SIM) in the end. Although I strongly considered Black and Cyber Gray....heck all the colors look great on this car.

Anyways, I am sure these have been compared before but I thought I would show some of the subtle differences in some side by side photos....

We have about 30,000 Camaros that were built between these two lol

Wife's was in the first production run of roughly 1000 built by GM (Vin #579) before the actual per-orders were produced and my 2SS was Vin 30,513

Clear Bra, Gill Inserts, and Window Tint will be installed on the V8 within the next couple of weeks and I will be sure to post some before and after pics when done. Looking forward to getting that done, especially the Clear Bra as it should not be detectable on the SIM color so that it blends perfectly....

It's rare, but nice to see, that spouces not only share the same passion in cars, but with the same make & model. Both cars look great, but I think having both SIM seems to have caused a problem; your wife is in your 2SS

Dam man your one lucky guy to have a wife so understanding. 2 of the 2010 camaro's sheesh most of use are lucky to have one .
