Since I am sure my convertible rub mark problem is fixed ( problem http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142513 My fix after dealership FAIL http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153498), I decided to treat my top with some 303 fabric guard. I followed the directions after her bath last week and went on my way. I had completely forgotten about it until it was time for this weeks bath. the way the water just ran off the top looked so cool, so i grabbed some video. This was after it was already washed. It looked even cooler the first time the water hit the dry top, you couldn't even tell it had gotten wet!

Went to the track with some buddies today! I went this time with my new wheels and all my bolt on mods completed. The next mod will be going in the motor to install the cam and springs. Best time was 13.205 @ 110.79. Corrected for the HORRIBLE 3,351 DA that would be a 12.669 @ 114.165.

So with full bolt ons and about 5,000 more miles on\ the car I picked up .797 seconds and 6.789 mph in the 1/4 mile. Coming up next is a dyno to see how much rwhp I have picked up.

That's very similar to my numbers.

Coming along very nicely.

It's actually IOM and black bow tie. I painted them myself.

Just came back from a weekend trip to Bossier City to hang with some friends. 440 miles, only drove around town a few times, most was highway at about 85 mph average and I got 25.1 MPG the whole trip!
Woo Hoo!

Washed off a bunch of bugs from the road trip and threw on a fresh coat of wax.

It's nice how that underdrive pulley helps, isn't it? I love getting 25+mpg driving to the track (250mi round trip).

Of course, once I go heads/cam, that's all over.

I got the same one on my truck, but it still only gets about 10 mpg, LOL.

Thanks! A ZL1 vert would be awesome, but i doubt it will happen. It should to compete with the vert GT500.

Yea im not sure one way or the other as I don't think GM has really confirmed a ZL1 vert yet? What did you get done to your car today?
