google doesnt come up with much of anything. the locals out here are kinda "slow"

I want to see someone powder coat the LT steelies. An inexpensive upgrade and I think done properly would be eye catching.

my best suggestion would be to ask a performance shop in your area.they will probaly know someone around and if they do a good job or not.i dont really trust Google on things like that.Google doesnt know the quality of peoples work,ive seen good and bad podwer coating job in my area.
