My son mentkioned this to me when looking at how my lights work and I know I read a thread somewhere about it, but here is the question ... and I think it relates to those who got the RS package only.

The way my lights work is ...

During the day, the fog lights are automatically on as Daylight Running Lights.

During the night, the HID's turn on, but the fog lights don't.

My son said you should be able to have both on if you wanted.

Again, I thought there was a conversation about this and someone came up with a work around.

Anyone remember??

No, the RS has DRLs (as you mentioned) and they are only one in the day, when the headlights are off. When the headlights turn on, then the DRLs go off.

Now, there's a Very easy DIY thread to have the DRLs on all the time: without the headlights during the day, and with the headlights at night. You could even mount a switch to turn them on at night. I just did the DIY and now my DRLs are always on

Ok, if you found that, there's another thread where Justin, from AACStyle, has made a harness so you don't have to solder anything! Do a search on the DRLs and LEDs. They have cool LED replacements for the DRLs that starting shipping this week!!
