i know that you are supposed to re seal it with silicone, in that case id feel a lot better about breaking the seal.

Installed them last Friday. It took a lot to trust it would be ok in the oven but I did it. Set it up with a 3 way switch. Can have them on with the running lights, or off, or just turn them on by themselves with the car running or not. Connected them properly with 2 wire male / female connectors so no worry of ever having to cut wires to remove the bumper or headlights.

If you look on the boards, there are 2 people selling their headlights on here for about 100 bucks / pair. If you did screw it up, it would only cost you $100 to get back to normal.

If you're going to open your headlights to put in halos I would highly recommend doing an HID retrofit. I've never had HIDs until I did the retrofit and I absolutely love it, and HIDs are going to be a requirement for every car I own in the future. Check out my retrofit with dual color halos from AAC http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147580
