Putting mine in tomorrow, hope they are as good as avertised. Best comprimise I could find to keep the family happy. Open when it's the son and I and closed with the wife and daughter. Now since It's me driving 98% of the time you can guess which position it will be in the majority of the time.

All depends on the dealer. By law it should only void your exhaust system warranty.

wow is all I can say

You can't realistically drive everywhere with them wide open. I was making several changes per drive. I love it,my son loves it. I drove by a high school football field with the team practicing and jumped on it a bit. Needless to say all heads turned and they threw their arms up in approval. I can't wait to have this dynoed. I'll make sure it's dynoed at different opening so I can show the results. Possibly next weekend. Great product. |

Too much mod for me ,seems like a lot of work for 18hp,sounds great .
I would do a mod like that when I'll need a new exhaust system. Nice color of car though!!LOL |

trying to keep the sex life going
My thoughts from the start was this car is too quite. I was searching for an exhaust system but I definately was getting the wife vibe that it wouldn't be in the best interest to pursue that course. So being able to keep 2 people happy just made sense. For the average person I'll admit it's not something they might want to handle. I happen to be in a profession that makes this easier for me. So I now have the wife and daughter who still enjoy riding in it and then myself and my son who like to kick it up a knotch.

Are the Oval.. or the Round installs easier to install (EX. less cutting / welding)
I don't have half the tools mentioned on here... especially a Plasma cutter much less the experience with welding.... soooo this install will be interesting.

Ject,
Get the welding and the cutting done at a muffler shop or garage. They should only charge you no more than 2hrs labour because the car is new it has no rust which makes it easy for them and they know what to do. Give them the QTP web site so they can see the installation video. I ran the wires myself before getting the car to the shop. It isn't a hard job but take your time because you will use sharp or pointy tools and you don't want to scratch your ride or even puncture your seats. You will love them for sure I know I do!! Good luck and keep us posted. |

We only sell the ovals for the new camaro. The standard ones do not fit correctly. Any good muffler shop can do this install. And if your close to to NJ we do installs as well.
