2000 Mazda B3000

(representitive pic)

This truck was pretty much what I drove up until the Camaro. Bought it new, took good care of it. Sold it a week after I got the Camaro to a nice guy from OH.

I too put subwoofers in it. I bought a Tonneau cover, tinted the windows and added running boards. It was about the best looking B3000 on the road.

I really had some good times with this truck. I remember the time I let this one girl I had a crush on drive it in a snowy parking lot and almost crash it into a wall. And then the other time I almost fishtailed right into a semi truck. Or the other time that I did a 180 on Higway 88 in IL. All fun times! But seriously. The truck never had any major problems the whole time I had it. It was way too slow though. I always felt like a jerk because I couldn't keep up with the way people accelerated in IL suburbs. People always whizzed around me! Look who is doing the whizzing now!

Funny, I just found this pic about a week ago. I had this 68 around 1980. Bought it for $1200, beat on it for 2 years(a lot of fun, lucky to still be alive) and sold it for $1200. The good old days

I got my license when I turned 16 in '88. I picked up an '81 Z28 for $3k. It was red with gray 3 tone stripes down the bottom side. It had t-tops and gray vinyl interior. Of course it had a 350 with a 4sp auto and a functional factory cowl hood. I loved that car! I traded up for an '87 GTA Trans Am after I graduated.

I loved those. Cool wheels! That's back when custom wheels were cool and bad ass looking instead of the wagon wheels we ride on these days.
