Muffler delete would be annoying on the highway due to excessive drone. If you don't want drone and willing to spend $$$, I would recommend Corsa. It's quiet at low RPM's and sounds amazing at WOT. It will never rust (no surface rust too) since it's made of 304 stainless steel.

Thanks so much for the info - sounds like I was going in the wrong direction so will be looking for an after market instead. It's fun to start over with a new car and a clean slate but it sure can get pricey!

The weather's cooling off, so we'll start having mod days again! If you buy the parts, we love to do the grunt work!

I had the Muffler delete on my 2010 SS, but it was a Manual. I had no issues with drone on the freeway. It was a cheap mod, less than $100 and I did it as a temp mod before I bought an aftermarket exhaust. I was happy with the delete so I never upgraded. I had a Trunk mat in the back that may help with the sound as well.

I'm perfectly happy with long tube headers, HF cats, and the stock cans. Why play with noise when you can get added power too? :no idea: Nice while cruising but will make some real noise when you get on it. I know you will need a tune and dyno guys are all over the map with quality and price. Jannetty can get you squared away with minimal hassle and price.

Hey all! Hope all is well. Sorry for long time no and and post....but I am tentatively trading up to ZL1 this weekend! But I am in a real pinch because I still need to fix my yaw sensor connector!! If anyone can help me find one (same sensor on Cruze as well) I would really appreciate it!! I just know if I went up there as is, I would get severely low balled. I will try to find my other post for reference.

Here is the car. I just put a 72hr hold on it to get it this weekend.

Even though its not listed this car has the Lingenfelter 650HP package on it and about $15K in additional mods/work. Let me know what you think!

You are going to love the new Z! Night and day difference over the SS. As far as the connector, have you tried a junk yard? http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=343351

Odd that this ZL1 would have an aftermarket Scosche radio adapter, and not the MyLink system.

It is a nice car, the owner probably wanted a deck with more functions. Nice price too . I description says manual trans, but the pics show an auto.
