Thanks, I think I will go with the ultra. Was up in the air about the synthetic blend.

Three washes and I feel like i need to apply it again. It's a BITCH to get off.
Mind you, I don't have a garage so my car bakes in the Cali sun daily.

What wash do you use? I'm using Chemical Guys Glossworkz Gloss Booster and Paintwork Cleanser.

I met Orange Crush 1LE last night at the monthly Chevy dealer Camaro group here in San Jose. We didn't enter the meeting and instead chatted in the freezing cold and rain for 1 1/2 hours. LOL.

He's the real deal. ARH long tub headers, full ARH exhaust with the X pipe, custom CAM, Pedders super car shocks, permagrin package, CCW racing wheels and Nitto R compound tires. He has his 1LE keeping up with GTR's and Porche GT3's. The exhaust and cam sound amazing.

I am using the CG citrus clear... pH balanced for maintenance washes and can be used at a stronger concentration to strip wax and sealants. I have used the gloss workx it is a good products also.... pay attention to dilution levels.. and rinse and then rinse again!

My car sets outside all day while I am at work. I like Collinite 845 it really stands up to the elements... has to be spread really thin... less is more.

Hit and run today on the interstate... got hit pulled to the shoulder and they took off.... at 70 the car didn't even move just heard the crunch... saw it happening as they faded into my lane (punk ass kids on the phone) I just didn't have room to maneuver out of it... dent deep scratches and also rim marred.

Call state troopers as I tried to catch up but there was too much traffic. The car had temp tags that I could not make out. Also I for the life of me can not figure out the make. It was a VERY pale blue color but wasn't an American, German or Japanese model.

Anyway started the process of getting it fixed have to find a body shop.

Crap, man. That totally bites. Do you think the body can be repair or is new metal in order?

I already buffed out everything but the deep scratches... I don't see any creases... the dent is about the size of your fist... I am more worried about the paint matching... tint coats are a pain to match. I think they will reshape and respray the entire panel.. not sure what will happen to the wheel. I also think the possibility of mechanical damage is slim.... but I will insist that all the suspension components and drive line is inspected.

Dang. I can't stand people that do that. Hope everything gets matched perfectly. I had a migraine yesterday and had to leave my car unattended in a Cracker Barrel parking lot yesterday for a few hours. I had better luck than you yesterday.

Do you guys think that getting the lsa supercharger from gm performance for my 1LE is worth it considering I get to keep warranty? And since it does keep warranty, would it help increase, if not maintain value of the car?
