Got my lt's installed 😀

So I installed my jba long tube headers last night I can say after reading all the threads on install the worst parts were honestly just the stock exhaust manifold bolts that felt like they were put in with green loctite and getting the second plug wire back on the passenger side off lol other than that it was simple and I did it with a set of rhino ramps. Whole job took about 2 1/2 hrs and went pretty smoothly 😁 other than some leaks at the vband fittings on the collectors everything else is good 👍 I'm going to check them tomorrow if I don't work and see if I can figure out why they're leaking so damn bad, probably the $9 eBay vband clamps I bought though 😜 anyway here's a few pics and my startup video filmed by my lovely wife. http://youtu.be/SbZznPIyNQk here's a rev video as well

On the super fast install .
It took me at least twice as long.
Did you go with the JBA highflows as well ?
Mine have been on for over a year with no leaks yet.
Do remember they seemed to take alot of turning to get the
bands to settle / snug up.
Enjoy the new power and rumble.

Thanks 😀 I used to be a heavy equipment mechanic so that probably helped lol I used the catless midpipes and honestly didn't spend much time on the clamps so I'm going to see what I can come up with today as it was dark and I was tired last night. I've been doing some reading on getting them to seal up though so maybe a can get it 😉

Ok so after putting gaskets in this morning it appears it's just normal noise from the thin steel compared to the cast manifolds lol it's just weird it sounds like a sprinkler passing by curbs sometimes like "woosh, woosh, woosh" 😜

That sounds sweet. I kind of wish I didn't listen to it.

Lol it's surprisingly not near as loud at idle as I thought it would be once it's warmed up 😢
