Finished Custom Paint on my Rally Yellow 2LT!!

I'm dropping my car off on Monday March 1st at Piccione customs (the same shop that did Robert's awesome Bumblebee Camaro) for my paint job. I will try to post pics of the progress as it is done. I've been told that it should take about a week. They will be doing the following
  • Black Rally Stripes (all the way down the front bumper and wrapped over the rear spoiler) with "rally sport" text on the stripe (see picture)
  • Black stripe on the rear decklid (that area where the bowtie is)
  • Blackout of both bowties (possibly changing the chrome to a yellow outline around a black inside)
  • Blackout of both Camaro logos on the sides of the car
  • Blackout of RS badges
  • Powdercoating the wheels a glossy black with the bowties in the middle cap in yellow.
  • Painted engine cover

I also ordered this set of vinyl gill inserts
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

So the final product will look something like this (except the heritage grill and my wheels will be slightly different)

First Update!!!

Rally sport lettering

Second Update:

And the ultimate tease...

I should be able to pick up the car either tomorrow or Monday, depending on when the wheels are done being powder coated. Some of you may remember shortly after I got the car I nicked a curb and had a little ding in my wheel so they actually fixed that for me! Bowties, emblems and logos were being done today.

I made the pics on here kind of small but if you wanna see bigger versions just look at the "Custom Paint Progress" album on my profile.

If anyone in Arizona wants more info on Piccione Customs here is their website.

Thanks! Piccione did an absolutely amazing job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

lol...

I'm personally not a big fan of the "full stripes" (I'll avoid the "M" word). I just don't really love the way they look on the fascia.

Other than that, everything else on the car looks fantastic!

That's cool. I disagree about the look though. On this particular car, IMO having just the standard rally stripes seems incomplete (especially the factory ones that don't extend to the end of the top of the fascia). I agree that on previous body styles of Camaros the full stripe look wouldn't have looked good but I absolutely fell in love with it on this body.

Everyone has their own likes though =) glad you like the rest of the car!
