Will shoot for 11 with the next pulley

Supposed to setup a dyno appointment for later this week but it's "street tuned" right now.

Yep it was a tough track. Last time we went it was covered in sand, this time the rain from the week before left the concrete way too clean. The bikes that usually run in the very low 10's were in the low 11's. The right lane was the better again, but I really need a line lock to keep from rolling back.

Sounds mean! I am anxious to see if you can find the hook I am lacking.

Who did the install? Is it feasible to do a cam install myself?

Dynamic Racing in Alamogordo did it. It might be difficult to do the install yourself, for my cam I believe the timing gears had to changed to work with the different cam as well (they are sometimes based off LS2 cams)

In addition, probably need to upgrade your valve springs depending on how wild you go.

You can email matt@dynamicracing.com for a price quote, but they do excellent work and its not that far of a drive.

How long does an install like that take to include: cam, timing chain, valve springs, seals retainers, seats trunion bearings pressed in, preload set, and cam dialed in?

I'm thinking about purchasing a cam package like this from Jannetty Racing and having it installed close by. Ted Jannetty says it should take about 10 man hours.

I'm not sure, I would email Matt and tell him which package your installing and he can get you a quote. matt@dynamicracing.com -- tell him you know El Chorizo on Camaro5.com and I'm sure he'll give you the best price he can.

Summit White Showdown!!! I wonder who would win... ha ha ha yeah right! El Chorizo would have it in the bag at least a second faster than mine...

I'm planning on keeping my Camaro N/A and just probably get a nice cam, MSD blaster coils and maybe a head port and polish! What do y'all think?

No dyno, doubt we'll have time. Heading to Costa Rica for 8 days on Monday too so will be a while. But, car is running great so if I can get some traction should be a fun time.
