I also started to do some more exterior mods by adding a Street Scene carbon fiber front lip and purchased Rideskinz carbon fiber sideskirts from Mindz.

I was able to borrow a fellow club member's lift to put the body kit items on myself but had to enlist the help of someone with small hands (My wife) to reach and secure some screws with the wheels on.

The only piece I need to finish off now is the rear diffuser but I'm having difficulty finding one in carbon fiber that I like that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (Calloway).

This last picture is a better view of the custom underhood piece from Roger at EmblemPros.

Christmas came early to me this year. The warranty was going to go up in February and the car was going to be spending the winter in the garage, so I bargained with my wife to get some horsepower added in November.

I took the car about an hour away up to CincySpeed to add some horsepower with their Boost cam package as well as the Pfadt Tri-Y's I had picked up after Camaro5Fest.

If you haven't had the opportunity to see the Pfadt Tri-Y's, they're just friggin beautiful. I almost wanted to just hang them on the wall in the man cave.

The team at CincySpeed is top notch and I plan on using them once I decide on which FI route I plan on going. If you're close to Cincinnati and looking for a good shop, I'd recommend taking the trip. They dubbed my car the "Death Race Camaro" because of the hidden headlight grille.

I was happy with the results at 471/425 rwhp/tq. It sounds just plain nasty at idle and under throttle as I'm catless, resonator delete, and x-pipe.

About time you updated this, car looks awesome. I'm sure I'll see you whenever Apex does their open house.

I got a little crafty with the stock cam shaft, toe rod, rotor, and some spray paint.

I also added a fire extinguisher using a billet mounting bracket from Rick's Camaro.

I purchased a harness bar and harnesses from CipherAuto. I am still currently waiting on their arrival as Fedex seems to have trouble locating the package at the moment

But in preperation I decided to attempt to make a rear seat delete kit from scratch before resorting to the premade piece. I think it turned out pretty well.

Deleting the rear seat was easy once I found out I needed a 15mm and deep 18mm sockets.

The hardest part was measuring the pieces of wood to fit snugly without rubbing on the plastic trim pieces.

I matched the interior carpet color the best I could with some fabric from JoAnn. Some spray adhesive got me to this point.

Here it is completed and installed. The color is definitely not an exact match, but the flash from the camera also enhances the difference. With the seats back it blends in alot better. I also tucked the rear seat belts behind the trim panels for a cleaner look.

I also laid down some sound deadening material (Fatmat) to hopefully help with sound control.

Yes! Can't wait to see what you've been working on.

Here's the mounting bracket.

You'll also need one of clamps depending on extinguisher size.

I just made the build thread so I'm a little behind haha. Now that I've actually started it I'm resolved to keep it updated.

Should be a piece of cake! Best of luck!

Finally got the Cipher Harness Bar and Harnesses in and installed. I learned how to take the seats out of the car haha. I hope the Recaros will be available for those of us who didn't have that option available at original vehicle purchase. I'd love to put in aftermarket seats, but I also want to retain use of factory airbags.

I also got a carbon fiber gas cap for Christmas from the in-laws and got around to putting that on the car. It seemed too large at first until I put it on the car and it fit perfectly. It is from Camaro Collection for those interested. They also have door panels and dash trim pieces in carbon fiber, but for a $1000, not quite to that on my list yet.

Thanks! I appreciate your contribution to my car, the sideskirts work well with the front splitter I like to think.

So I learned how to remove the shark fin antenna. I also received some "4D" carbon fiber vinyl.

I wrapped the shark fin in this vinyl and it doesn't look half bad. The finish actually gives it some depth. I think I may try wrapping the roof in it to see how it turns out.
