just because it doesn't have the same set up doesn't make it lesser. All I'm saying in this car each model is for different people. Some people on this forum look down on the 6 and those who would like to mod it.

Don't get me wrong, I think that is 1 of the best engines GM has built recently and I wouldn't mind having a CTS with it, but the v8 tops it. The LS series is ahead of the pack when it comes to efficiency...

In any model lineup please tell me where the v6 is the top model over a v8.
You mean 6 < 8 I hope!

I'm guessing if you are planning on running a "hot cam" then you shouldn't put on these rockers? I know on my old mini you had to be careful because of interference.

Anyone upset because SLP won't be immediately offering V6 modifications needs to chill. For one, they don't exactly specialize in V6 performance, and two, they aren't the only aftermarket company out there. You guys will have plenty of options. They are just going to come later, and since you want the lower model (in terms of pricing and power) that doesn't have as large a market as V8 performance, you have to accept that.

Why would anyone talk down to anyone about the Camaro they drive? We are all one family with the same passion. People have different reasons for buying whatever model they want it makes no difference. Just whatever you get drive it!!

Everyone really needs to get away from any talk of V6 vs V8 and which is better and who's better, etc.

No more of that talk, folks.

Stay on topic. Any further on that matter will get moved right on outta here!

Good question...about the warranty. I would imagine it would depend on what part you are putting on. But, I think it would be best to send an email to SLP.
