Is that 700 crank hp or rear wheel hp? Big difference between the two.

The stock manual SS make 426 crank hp ad the auto 400 crank hp. You can get to 700 crank hp with either a blower(supercharge) or turbo but to get to 700rwhp you would need to build the engine and a turbo or blower.

What they said, for 700 rwhp you will have to build a motor and spend lots of cubic dollars...

Turbo will make more power with better efficiency. It will likely also cost more.
Small twins would spool super low and still make 700 HP at the crank.
Dual gt30's, or even s200's.
Full spool by 3300 or so, sound cool too.
Major benefit of cool charge temps, and better civility and off-boost efficiency.

My lil twins are making close the 800 at the rear wheels with 822 torque... On a very conservative tube...for now...

Do you want dyno numbers or performance, they are often different.

As most people are saying- what do you want out of the car other than dyno #'s?

How did you come up with 700hp? Don't get caught up in the forum dyno racing.

I'm at 650+rwhp. Traction is a huge issue and 1st-3rd are seriously hampered. I'm running 315 Nitto NT-05s. I have a full pedder's coilover suspension to include all the bushings. I also have BMR trailing arms, toe rods, and subframe connectors. I am seriously considering swapping my cam back out and getting a more conservative tune.

As someone who has spent a ton of money and made several mistakes, anything over 600rwhp is useless on a street car or for road racing. The super high horsepower builds on here are folks with very deep pockets who for the most part are building drag racers. At that power level expect to replace a lot of drivetrain components.
