My recommendation is up above. Griot's over PC since it comes with a lifetime warranty and more power, I'd still use 5.5" pads. Unless you really want to drop some coin then go for the Rupes 15.

You need to test some metal cleaning/polishing/ protection products... particularly those that work best on aluminum.

Speaking if new tests. I'm gonna be trying some matte protection products soon.
