Issue with a GENDIY Harness.. Need Help

Well I ordered the harness to hook up the fog lights when you add the ZL1 front fascia.. It came in, I installed it, and my factory DRL stopped working. I looked at the harness and the wires were loose and when i literally touched it , the wires fell out the connector that goes in line with the body cable from GENDIY.

When I requested a refund they said send it back, I pay shipping, and they will place my money in paypal.. I paid with a credit card and expected my money back there .. not in an Ebay subsidiary..

I would like to try another harness you guys have had good experiences with them. I asked for a call to discuss but only received an email from Ryan..

Not happy right now and out of $70.00 with no lights and not even a call back..

Are these guys a member here?

Gen5diy is a forum sponsor. Every so often I see threads about a harness not being right but they typically are very quick to offer a replacement.

Ofer is the owner of the company and a very active member on C5. He as far as I have always heard and seen has done great work and has helped me out a couple times with something that had nothing to do with his products or business. Give him a chance to call you back

I received a call from someone who was not ofer.. Jarrod I believe.. anyway.. very nice guy and offered to replace it immediately. took responsibility and said he would send a return label as well.. I will keep you posted.. I was more concerned about my car going up in flames because of a faulty harness.. I will give the new one a try when I receive it.
