Welp seems like onstar is useless unless ya catch the car leaving quick enough.

I find it completely amazing though car thieves just disapear so easy. You know some one knows that person steals cars if they would just fess up then alot of these rats wouldn't make it a few days.

But as long as people keep buying shady parts on ebay/craiglist/ "cheap" shops car theft will keep going on.

This sounds like a job for the trunk monkey, extra vicious breed. Stimulate his adrenal glands to their maximum with your remote control, and just wait for the thief's blood to flow. Of course, set the trunk monkey free immediately upon completion of the mayhem.
No one will ever know of your rôle in the affair, unless you decide to share your satisfaction with those whom you trust to keep your matters private. Revenge will make you feel worlds better.

Time to move to canada.
Far too many people have no morals and are willing to screw/take/destroy other peoples stuff/lives in the south.

This is why I asked in another thread about a separate gps security system being installed.

Yes they do. They aren't that expansive either, a few hundred dollars for the hardware. But most do require a monthly fee.
