Uploading photos??

Don't know where to post this bug Can someone enlighten me on how to post pics where they come out right side up. When I choose the pic it is correct but when it shows up on the forum they are sideways and some don't show at all

Not enough info.

Who hosts the pics?
What are the image formats? (jpg, png, bmp tga, etc)
What code (example: img, IM, html) are you using to post?
What device are you using to post them? (PC, phone, laptop etc)
When you view the same photo on a PC, are the images inverted?

Pacman.....just like your avatar....you took the picture with your phone, and held it sideways.....and the orientation of the photo is encoded into it. what you should do when you have taken pictures with your phone or digital camara, it to first download them to your computer. even opening them up in "windows photo viewer" allows you to rotate them and save them with the proper orientation. either that or use some other image editing software, like photoshop or something like that.

I know that the younger crowd thinks computers are "old school," since you all do everything these days using your phones, but if you set the pictures using a computer you probably won't have any issues. If the image is uploaded to a hosting site right side up, it will post right side up.

Cell Phones...setting back computer technology by 10 years.

In addition...the people that had trouble with PC's 10 years ago, are going to have more trouble with cell phones as well.

plus ça change plus c'est le même chose
