Either way, I would sure agree your average driver would be faster (or at least more consistent) with the A6 And, while I prefer manual, I definitely wouldn't be calling someone "slow" just because of an auto, that's for sure! There's a reason the really really fast cars are almost all autos!

Welcome and good choice on a 13 of coarse I'm a little partial! I owned a 96 TA Vert for 18 years and really enjoyed it but the 5th gen is better all around. As others have said a few mods and a tune really does wake up the L99.
