Your sig show rotfab CAI. Where you using an aftermarket intake?

Stock list needs to be 100% factory stock (just like the car came from the factory).

Any weight removal (lighter weight parts or removal) or mods to increase performance put the car in the Bolt Ons list.

LS3 M6 - CAI, LT's, Exhaust, Tune

12.82 @ 112.3 at 1780' should equal 12.562 @ 114.66 corrected according to dragtimes.

I've been to the track twice now. Both times, the temps started out in the mid 90's, then dropped to about 87 degrees or so when I got my best times. My previous best time (last week), was as 13.55 seconds. This time, I squeaked out 13.52 seconds. I've only added a Roto-Fab CAI. No other performance mods or tune.

I used the dragtimes site to correct the times. My time corrects to a 13.12 seconds @ 107.91 mph with a DA = 2553. Not bad, eh?

Just looking at different times on C5 and I recently ran 13.4 in the 1/4 mile with a .006 Reaction time. I was mainly working on my reaction time and I was proud of that. My car only has a CAI and flowmasters. I am going to the Camaro Nationals in Sealy this weekend to see if I can get better times.

What was the DA for your run? I like to add that information to the list. Your DA must have been pretty good, because your time didn't change much.

Thanks

I have a 2010 2SS LS3 lowered with a short shifter and stock tires. So I am not sure which section I will end up in. I would think stock. DA in Tucson sucks. Corrected it puts me at 12.41 @ 117.41. For the DA calculator, do you go off the info on your time slip for temp, baro, and humidity or do you get it off of what he website says? I used the data from the time slip. Let me know if you have any questions.

I think the tracks air pressure is off and that might be why the time is so fast with a crazy trap speed.

When I use dragtimes to look up the track SIR for Feb. 5, 2011 (9.55 am - closest reading time to your run) your Denistiy Altitude was 2788 ft. That corrects your 13.39 @ 108.98 mph to 12.945 @ 112.809 mph.

I went a head and added your time based on the information provided by drag times track locator look up. That's what I use for "unofficial" times.

Also, after careful thought I'm going to have to count your car as a bolt on car. The short throw shifter can definately shave some time off a car. And for the 1/4 mile list stock needs to be stock (the way the car came from the factory).

That's also a lot more realistic and still a real fast run for stock.

Ok sounds good.
