Has anyone tried removing there Hood Stripes with a hair dryer ? If so how difficult was it, and how long did it take ?

Actually I did an after market stripe, didn't like the way it came out and did them over again so yes I used a hair dryer. Just start in one corner and work around the edges to the middle. Takes about 15 minutes.

Let the stripes sit out in the sun for a while and they come off fairly easy because they are so new. They will also come off well with a hair dryer on a high setting or with a heatgun. Just take your time and try not to heat too much because the stripe will melt and tear. It takes us about 25 minutes to remove the factory stripes when we are prepping for painted ones.

They are not that new. I got them about 8 months ago. Will that make any difference ? Thanks

I have a small bubble on the perimeter stripes on the spoiler. Should I just heat it up and try to squeegee it out or try to lift the corner and reset it? It was built 3/11/2010 (for an age reference)

New to me is anything about 2 years old or newer. I think you will be ok. All of the Camaros that we have put stripes on have had the old ones come off very easily.

Both may work. Try to squeegee it out first. If you try to lift the stripe and reset it be careful of stretching the stripe as it will then have a noticable thin area when you lay it back down.

Factory installed stripes are covered under warrenty, don't try to fix it yourself. make them fix it or replace it..'

I took some off I put on My HHR after about 2 years... they were not as good a quality as the GM stripes, and I had to use some 3M Woodgrain and stripe remover to get mine off... It won't hurt the paint, and it makes it very easy to remove them.. So if letting them heat up in the sun and peeling them off does not work try some of that, you can get it at any paint supply dealer, and some auto parts stores carry it too...
