Just saw an RS today with SS emblems front and rear? Umm, I was going to tell the guy something at the light but decided not to. For those wondering how did I know the difference well simple.. 1. Exhaust, 2.Brakes. 3.Front Lower Grill, 4. Bumper cut out in front bumper near center of hood. 5. Silver 20"s opposed to polished. Do you guys see anything wrong with this? I understand to each his own but I am happy with my RS and have never thought about changing emblems..

Oh yea, those SS emblems are good for over a hundred horsepower

I was thinking about putting this on my camaro to add 400 more HP

To each their own. If they are happy with it great. As for point 5 A SS/RS has the same wheels as RS. RS is suppose to have painted silver rims but on both cars I bought a 1LT/RS and a 2SS/RS both came with polished alunimum rims.

OBVIOUUSLY he is trying to make people think he is something he is not....he is just kidding himself, for those that know the difference, it makes him look pethitic.

NOW, if you were to take an SS and put RS emblems on front and back, and change out the front facia......SLEEPER TIME!!! for that unsuspecting bozo thing you would blow his doors off....lol

Hmm, I have a 2011 1lt rs and have painted silver wheels

I'm confused.... You can buy an SS and have the RS package installed - and thus have an SS/RS.

If you meant you saw an LS or LT (as in a v6) with the SS emblems, then yes - thats is just false advertising LOL

But if it was an actuall SS (as in a v8), the it is possible it had the RS package installed.

Right?
