Was a gmc envoy with Cali tags. Looks like a trip to the chiropractor tomorrow for sure. Now my luck they will not have insurance.

Does NV require Uninsured Motorist coverage? And I would make that report to the police IMMEDIATELY... if you haven't already.

Gotta wait till morning metro said it was highway patrols jurisdiction. Yea I have in insured coverage. Half the people out here don't have insurance just curios how big of a pita it will be with them being a from out of state and a hit and run

No different than an in-state hit and run. Your insurance company can operate across state lines. I say this because I have been hit by a driver from a neighboring state and it worked the same way as being hit by someone who resides in-state.

Unless the laws have changed, uninsured motorist coverage only pays for bodily injury and not property damage. If the other person doesn't have insurance, your comprehensive coverage will pay. Hopefully they won't raise your rates.
