I did build another shed this fall. Moved some saws into it. Added electricity too

Makes wood projects more convenient than dragging stuff out of the old shed

Property is still pretty cheap in FL. I bought my current house when it came up on a short sale three years ago and put a lot of work into it. The community is not gated, but I could never get away with living in one of those places anyway. I just keep big aggressive dogs and they scare the hell out people. Only one or two problems in the dozen years I've lived in the neighborhood.
